Fish Tricks and Miss Annie Win the 2016 Ocean City Tuna Tournament

Nobody on the Fish Tricks knew when the big bite occurred on day 1 of the Ocean City Tuna Tournament that they  had the winner on the other end.

John Grim told us that it was such an odd day out there. We didn’t know what to expect. The crew caught just about every species of Atlantic Ocean pelagic gamefish.  Luckily, one of those was a 156lb Big Eye Tuna that was big enough to win the 2016 Ocean City Tuna Tournament and earn the team $216,000.

Grim said we had an incredible day in addition to our big eye. They caught a wahoo, dolphin, mako and fought a blue marlin that ate our secret bait that must of teased all these fish in.  Well of course that perked my ears up like a dog on point. Grim went into the boat and brought out their secret rig and I was floored……and of course excited.
